The Relationship between Synchronous Online Training Preference and Online Student Engagements

چکیده

Online training during the pandemic was commonly held using synchronous learning method. The aim of this study to explore relationship between online preference, gender difference, and student engagements (OSE). This analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) by SmartPLS 3 software. participants involved 35 produced following findings: 1) preference has a positive OSE variables, 2) variables is positive, 3) skills, participation, performance, while negative emotions preference.
